Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 2-18-20 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

We did exceed the permit limits for daily maximum for NH3N with a 14 mg/L on
12-3-19 and attempted to resample during the month with 8 additional samples of 6.1,
6.1, 6.2, 0.3, 0.25, 0.3, 0.43, and 0.36 mg/L. A result of the 9 total NH3N samples
averaged 3.78 mg/L for the month with the limit of 4 mg/L. As a result of multiple
resamples while plant was improving, we added two additional daily violations.

We did exceed the permit limits for daily maximum for TSS with a 14 mg/L on
12-17-19 and attempted to resample during the month with 2 additional samples of 6.8
and 6.2 mg/L. A result of the 4 total TSS samples averaged 6.75 mg/L for the month
with the limit of 5 mg/L.

Once a daily maximum is exceeded there isn’t any action to reduce this violation. The
operator did make adjustments to aeration to improve performance.
