Per the requirements, the storm water sample was collected from the storm water discharge outfall (SDO) 001 during a representative storm event that consisted of 2.04 inches of total rainfall, as measured by the local United States Geological Survey (USGS) rain gage (number 351412080541245 CRN-53 at I -larding High School, Charlotte, North Carolina). More than 72 hours of 0.00 inches of rainfall occurred prior to the sampling. During the sampling event, a visual inspection for qualitative monitoring was conducted as specified in Table 4 of the NPDES permit. No atypical conditions were noted during the field inspection. In accordance with Section C. of the permit, in the event that an atypical condition is noted at a stormwater discharge outfall, the permittee shall document the suspected cause of the condition and any actions taken in response to the discovery in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP). The inspection results are presented in Table I.
