Inspection Summary:
Dystar Carolina Chemical is located at 8309 Wilkinson Blvd on approximately 62 acres in Charlotte , NC. The facility
manufactures and sells chemicals for various industrial applications.
Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) previously inspected this facility on February 7, 2017, March 27,
2017 and April 21, 2017 with the result of unsatisfactory due to a dry weather flow at outfall
#7. A Notice of Violation was issued due to a dry weather flow at outfall #7, which was also a water quality standard
exceedance.
At the time of the inspection, the facility was observed to be in compliance with the Mecklenburg County Surface Water
Pollution Control Ordinance.

Inspection Summary:

215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the U.S.
