Re: Semi-annual Stormwater Monitoring Report for — Year 8 Period 2
Mallinckrodt Raleigh Pharmaceutical Plant [SpecGx LLC]
NPDES Individual Stormwater Permit No. NCS000136
Attention: Central Files
Attached are two (2) signed copies of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) Monitoring Report
for Year 8 — Period 2 (June 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019) as required by Part Ill, Section
E of the above -referenced permit.
Please note that our permit expired on December 31, 2016 and we submitted a permit renewal
application to your office on June 1, 2016 prior to the renewal application deadline. It is our
understanding that the NCDEQ-DEMLR requires Mallinckrodt to continue monitoring our
stormwater outfalls under the same "semi-annual' frequency specified in our current permit until
we receive a new permit. Therefore, the next semi-annual storm water sample will be collected
between December 1, 2019 and May 31, 2020 unless we hear otherwise from your office.
If anyone in your office has any questions concerning this report, please do not hesitate to call me
at 919-878-2895.
