Please note that our permit expired on December 31, 2016 and we submitted a permit renewal application to your office on June 1, 2016 prior to the renewal application deadline. It is our understanding that the NCDEQ-DEMLR requires Mallinckrodt to continue monitoring our stormwater outfalls under the same "semi-annual' frequency specified in our current permit until we receive a new permit. Therefore, the next semi-annual storm water sample will be collected between December 1, 2019 and May 31, 2020 unless we hear otherwise from your office.
