Thank you for the time and assistance of your staff to complete the inspection. Industry and Site Description___ �. Mark Line Industries owns and operates a modular building assembly facility in Roxboro, INC. Stormwater runoff from this activity is regulated by General Permit NCG210000 and DWQ has therefore issued Mark Line Industry in Person County, certificate of coverage, NCG210378 dated August 1, 2008 and expires July 31, 2013. The facility was in compliance with the permit requirements and keeps excellent records. The facility does not store sawdust, wood chips, bark, mulch or like materials outside. The facility stores completed modular buildings. All ouffalls at the site were observed with no noted concerns the day of the inspection. The facility may be eligible for Non -Exposure Certification, since operations are indoors and the facility does not conduct many of the activities usually associated with NCG210000 SIC code(s).
