As required by the referenced permit in condition Part ill, Section E.1, attached are the original and one copy of the signed discharge monitoring report (DMR) and laboratory analytical results for Year 2019 — Period 1 for the Georgia-Pacific Wood Products LLC Dudley Sawmill Facility (GP). Results for the sample taken on June 6, 2019 indicated an exceedance of the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS) benchmark values. The facility has begun Tier 1 actions. As required in Section D of the general permit; the facility exceeded the threshold of 55 gallons of new motor oil and/or hydraulic oil usage when averaged over the calendar year (2018). As such, analytical monitoring for oil and grease was performed during this monitoring period.
