Dear ALBERT MURRAY:
Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject NPDES Permit.
Staff of the Fayetteville Regional Office have confirmed that this Permit is no longer
required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, NPDES Permit No. ncg040108 is
rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again discharge stormwater to the State's surface waters,
you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES Permit. Operating a facility without
a valid NPDES Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to
$10,000 per day.
