(Keywell Metals) as referenced and in accordance with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit, is submitting two copies of our July 2019 Tiered Response Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR). Keywell Metals collected samples for the analysis of Total Suspended Solids, Copper and Zinc. The laboratory analytical report indicated a concentration of copper exceeding the BMV and concentrations of zinc and total suspended solids that were below their respective BMVs. This event represents the third consecutive monitoring event in .which Zinc concentration was below the BMV and Keywell Metals will therefore discontinue monthly sampling for this pollutant. Keywell Metals will continue to monitorTSS and Cu monthly under the tiered response requirements upon the next qualifying storm event. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at (704) 234-8614, or our environmental consultant, Rob Duffy of Antea Group at (704) 324-7035.
