Dear Mr. Lee:
On March 7,2014,the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request to rescind
your coverage under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG200497.
Based on our review of your request and the recommendation of our Mooresville Regional Office, your
request for rescission has been denied. Your request was denied because there are industrial materials
remaining onsite, including open dumpsters, used palettes, storage tanks and other scrap metal. These
materials must be removed before a rescission can be granted. You may resubmit a rescission request
once the site has been cleared of the remaining materials. Your Certificate of Coverage Number
NCG200497 will remain in effect, and you must continue to comply with your NPDES stormwater
permit. l
