Skvarla, III Secretary On May 15, 2013, Cheng Zhang of the Raleigh Regional Office (RRO) conducted a Stormwater Compliance Evaluation Inspection at the subject facility. The assistance provided by Mr. Jamie Proctor, the plant superintendent, was greatly appreciated. The inspection report is attached. Findings during the inspection were as follows: Certificate of Coverage (COC) No. NCG200473 of NPDES general permit NCG200000 was issued to Advanced Metal Processing, formerly known as Advanced Materials Processing, LLC to discharge stormwater runoff to Tar River, a WS-V, NSW stream, in the Tar -Pamlico River Basin. 2. The facility has a draft Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP), which was developed in December 2011 and has not been finalized and implemented. This is in violation of Part If Section A of the General Permit. The SPPP must be finalized and implemented within 60 days of receipt of this letter. 3. The facility has not conducted qualitative and analytical monitoring as required by the General Permit. This is in violation of Part II Section B and C of the General Permit. First qualitative and analytical monitoring must be conducted by the end of June 2013. a Both stormwater discharge outfalls (SDOs) specified in the draft SPPP were observed during the inspection. The SDO off T Kemp Road may be removed from the plan, as it only collects stormwater from the front parking lot which is not exposed to the subject industrial activities.
