U1NR SECTION Matthews Plant — NCG160083 Dear Sirs: Please find attached two sets of the Semi -Annual Storm Water DMR for the Martin Marietta facility listed above. Please note this facility (formerly Lane Construction Corporation) is inactive. Lane removed their plant and stabilized most of the site in 2017. Because there is still some RAP stored on site, the permit was transferred to Martin Marietta in February 2018. We inadvertently submitted the DMR for Year 5 Period 2 in July before we realized it was not due until after September 30`h. This DMR covers the period from July 1 through September 30, 2019 and should wrap up all submittals for the former permit. This information should meet with your approval. Please contact me at (803) 978-6275 if you have any questions or need any assistance. Sincerely, Richard W.Broughton Environmental Services Manager Carolina South Region Cc: Matthews Plant South Carolina District Office 8451 Monticello Road, Columbia, SC 292032 t. (803) 978-6275 f.
