The results from the lab came back on May 3, 2019 and were given to me to submit. In filling out the DMR I noted that they did not have the pH or suspended solids checked. I held the form and anticipated being able to collect another sample before June 30, 2019. We had no discharge that we were able to collect samples of after discovery of incomplete data from previous employee's collection. Due to normal business hours and timing of storms we were not here at the appropriate time to collect a sample from a measurable storm event as each rainfall was within 72 hours of the previous event, which occurred outside normal business hours, or on the one occasion there was a recordable measurable storm event (Tuesday, June 18`') I was out of the state. I have submitted the DMR marked "No Discharge this Period" as well as the one with partial data but that is outside the 30 days since results received time frame.
