and one copy of the Semi -Annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the above -
referenced site. The laboratory analytical report with chain -of -custody documentation is also attached.
During the July 23, 2019 sampling event the facility's pH meter malfunctioned, therefore, pH data was not
colleted. A new meter has been ordered for the facility.

With the exceptions noted as flags or footnotes, standard analytical protocols were followed in the analysis of the samples and no
problems were encountered or anomalies observed. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control
limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of
the method. In the event of interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples may be diluted. For diluted samples, the

reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required.

The samples were received on 0712412019; the samples arrived in good condition, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the

The Chain -of -Custody (COC) was incomplete as received and/or improperly completed. Analyses were listed on COC, but individual
samples were not designated for specific analyses.
OIL AND GREASE AND TPH
Samples Outfall No. 001 (680-172078-1), Outfall No. 002 (680-172078-2) and Outfall No. 003 (680-172078-3) were analyzed for Oil and
Grease and TPH in accordance with EPA Method 1664A. The samples were prepared and analyzed on 08/01/2019.
No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
TOTAL SUSPENDED SOLIDS
Samples Outfall No. 001 (680-172078-1), Outfall No. 002 (680-172078-2) and Outfall No. 003 (680-172078-3) were analyzed for total
suspended solids in accordance with SM 2540D. The samples were analyzed on 07/2512019.
