NOV 26 2019 CENTRAL FILES DWR SECTION Smith + Gardner (S+G) is pleased to submit this Year Two, Period 1 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMRI for stormwater monitoring at the Waste Industries, LLC - Garner Transfer Station. The site is located in Garner, North Carolina. The facility is permitted to discharge stormwater related to activities that have Vehicle Maintenance Areas under the NPDES program by the General Permit No. 080000 (permit], issued by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Division of Water Quality (DWQ). Samples were obtained from Outfall 001 and Outfall 002 during the Year Two, Period 1 sampling event. Samples from both outfalts exceeded the benchmark threshold for total suspended solids (TSS). Semiannual sampling will continue during the second half of 2019. We are providing you with two (2) copies of the DMR for this submittal.
