Cargill is submitting a Discharge Monitoring Report for monitoring conducted in July of 2019.

Analytical monitoring results showed that TSS and COD were outside of the benchmark values for Outfall FV002. A
Tier I Response Inspection was conducted and there was evidence of rust from fire pump house and clay residual
material. Rust and sediment were cleaned up and this specific condition will be reviewed with area cleaning crew for
more focused attention.
Analytical monitoring results were within benchmarks for outfall FV004, FV005 and FV 007.
