To Whom It May Concern:
Attached are a completed original and one (1) copy of Cargill's Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO)
Monitoring Report from the stormwater sampling event conducted at our facility on June 7, 2019. Please note
that during the sampling event, the ambient rain pH (from the on -site rain gauge) was recorded below 6 and
according to the General Permit Part 11 (Table 3), the lower threshold for the benchmark pl-I range is the
rainfall pH (within instrument accuracy).
