Dear Mr. Dulin:
Ms. Aliyah Turner of Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services conducted a
stormwater inspection at your facility on February 12, 2009, as part of a cooperative working
agreement between Mecklenburg County and the Division of Water Quality. In addition, the
inspection was conducted on behalf of the City of Charlotte in compliance with the City's NPDES
Permit, NCS000240, Part II Section H.
A follow-up inspection as noted in our February 25, 2009, correspondence is therefore not
required at this time. The Division of Water Quality has accepted the permittee's request for
issuance of a No Exposure Certificate. As a result, CCL Label is exempt from the requirements
contained in General Stormwater Permit NCG050000 under which the original inspection was
conducted. Please note that by our acceptance of your No Exposure Certification, you are
obligated to maintain no exposure conditions at your facility. In addition, you are required to
maintain compliance with the City of Charlotte Stormwater Ordinance and questions regarding the
ordinance can be directed to Ms. Turner.
