General Permit NCG030000 - Certificate of Coverage NCG030531 Dear Stormwater Permitting Unit: Attached please find one original and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for Kings Mountain International, Inc., under General Permit number NCG030000. This submission is for stormwater discharge sampling performed during the Tier 3 sample collected for the month of October 2019. Kings Mountain International, Inc. elects to employ the TTO sampling waiver. In compliance with the waiver, we provide the following signed certification statement on this discharge monitoring report. "Based on my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for Total Toxic Organics (TTO), 1 certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no leak, spill, or dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwater or onto areas which are exposed to rainfall or stormwater runoff has occurred since the filing of the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing all the provisions of the Solvent Management Plan included in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."
