On May 16, 2018, an Excel Environmental Technician collected a storm water sample at your facility along with the necessary storm information. A sample was collected at the sample location as specified in the Storm Water Plan. The results of the testing indicated the sample collected was within the parameters specified in your permit. According to your permit requirements and review of the analytical data, you are not required to implement a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Response (refer to your NPDES Permit).
