DWR SECTION Spindale, NC 28160 To Whom It May Concern: Due to the 2nd 2019 stormwater analytical results, in which the copper result indicated the second consecutive exceedance of the permitted benchmark, this exceedance triggered a Tier'I'wo response per the stormwater permit and translated to monthly monitoring being required until three consecutive results are below the benchmark values or within the benchmark range. In accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources INC DENR) stormwater discharge permit, ARM Environmental Services. Inc. collected the first'fier Two stormwater samples at the referenced facility on December 17. 2019 as a result The Stomiwater Discharge Monitoring Report (SDO). which also shows the analytical results ibr the outlall is attached. Pesticides/PCBs by GC The following sample was diluted due to the nature of the sample matrix: UL18087-001. The LOQ has been elevated to reflect the dilution. The continuing calibration verification (CCV) associated with sample UL18087-001 recovered Endrin Aldehyde above the upper control limit. The sample associated with this CCV is non -detect for the affected analytes; therefore, the data has been reported.
