All results listed in this report relate only to the samples that are contained within this report
Sample receipt, sample analysis, and data review have been performed in accordance with the most
current approved NELAC standards, the Shealy Environmental Services, Inc. ("Shealy") Quality
Assurance Management Plan (QAMP), standard operating procedures (SOPS), and Shealy policies. Any
exceptions to the NELAC standards, the CAMP, SOPS or policies are qualified on the results page or
discussed below.
If you have any questions regarding this report please contact the Shealy Project Manager listed on the
cover page.
The pH analysis associated with the sample(s) in this report was/were performed after the method
recommended 15 minute holding time.
SVOCs by GC/MS
The laboratory control sample and the laboratory control sample duplicate (LCS/LCSD) for analytical
batch 20128 recovered marginally for 2-Chloronapthalene. This analyte has been identified as a poor
performer when analyzed using this method. Associated sample has been reported.
Surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside control limits: UF13063-001. Evidence of matrix
interference is present; therefore, re -extraction and re -analysis was not performed.

The following analyte recovered marginally outside LCS criteria: 2-Chloronapthalene. The sample was not
reanalyzed for this compound out of hold. The data has been reported.
Pesticides by GC
