Subject: Needed Corrections for NOI 24035 - Villages at Cramerton Mills
Attachments: NCGO10000 NOI - 24035.pdf
Hi,Mr.Foster.
The following are the corrections that need to be addressed on your next NOI submission:
• Ala& D6—the project name must match what is on the Letter of Approval. If you want to get coverage just for
Building 1005, Lots 22,23,and 24,this must be reflected in the project name on the Letter of Approval.
• A7,8—coordinates must match project location. The ones provided are for a spot in the ROW just south of the
intersection with Dolphin Street.
• A15—List the waterbody name as it appears on the NC Surface Water Classifications map. Also, the index
number for South Fork Catawba River is 11-129-(15.5).
• B1, D6 &E—list the organization consistently throughout the NOI and on the NOI Certification Form. In some
places you have "NVR dba Ryan Homes CTN" and in others you have "NVR-Ryan Homes."
I've also attached a copy of your previous submission for reference. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Alaina
