This is in regards to the Bonney Bright Sand Mine located off Ponderosa Drive,
South Mills, Camden County, North Carolina. The mine operates under General Permit
No. NCG 0200000 and COC NCG020803.
Enclosed please find an annual Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the
calendar year 2018. As of December 31, 2018, the permitted mine has not yet become
operational. As a consequence, no pumping of groundwater, surface water, or wastewater
occurred in CY 2018.
