REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Williams:
On November 25, 2009,the Division of Water Quality(DWQ)received your application dated November
23, 2009,and Public Notice issued by the USACE on August 13, 2009,and received by the DWQ on
August 13, 2009,to fill or otherwise impact 3.79 acres of 404/Wetlands and 5,662 square feet of Zone I
Neuse River riparian buffers and 6,534 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River riparian buffers to construct the
proposed raod to access upland islands at the site. On June 22, 2009,the DWQ received additional
information from you, however,the DWQ has determined that your application remains incomplete
and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional
information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the
subject property. Therefore,unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below,
we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. If we do not,
receive the requested information,your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide
the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additionally, please note,
requests for additional stormwater management plan information may be forthcoming.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Please re-submit two sets site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than I"=100' with
all isolated or non-isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State and buffers(shown as,
Zone I and Zone 2)as overlays and topographic contours shown. Additionally, please submit
one (1)data CD of full size plans in TIFF Group 4 format(black and white, not grayscale or
color). If the plans are too large to store in TIFF format,they can be stored in PDF.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this
requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter,your project will be withdrawn and
you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands,waters or
protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized(at
