Staff of the Division of Water Quality have confirmed that this permit { ' is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, NPDES Permit No. NCG020103 is rescinded effective immediately. If in the future you wish to discharge stormwater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a new Stormwater NPDES Permit. Discharge of stormwater from this type of facility without a valid NPDES Permit may subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
