outfalls for the presence of non-stormwater discharges.

The following permitted stormwater outfalls have been evaluated by visual observation for the
presence of non-stormwater discharges:
• Outfall SW-f : Runoff from an area draining the access road,
• Outfail SW-2: Runoff from areas draining the access road, ditches along an abandoned
railroad, an admin building, and a vegetative area adjacent to the power plant;
• Outfall SW-3: runoff from areas draining the western edge of the access road and a picnic
area adjacent to the power plant
Please note Section B (page 6 of 17) of our permit state:
Outfalls Sly-2 and SW-3 are influenced by groundwater. Should discharge characteristics or
influences change such that discharges contain contaminated groundwater or other waters not
authorized by this permit, the permittee will be required to obtain or modify a wastewater permit to
cover these discharges or find an alternative to direct discharge.
