Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Wort.spam@nc.gov Paul, I have reviewed the supplemental information that you submitted for the subject project on April 8, 2020. The USACE issued a Nationwide Permit (NWP) #14 for this project on March 16, 2020 for associated impacts to waters and wetlands of the U.S. The information you provided indicates that the relocation of utilities on the project will require an additional 0.17 acres of hand clearing. Your request meets the terms and conditions of the requested NWP. Due to the requested changes, the Special Conditions attached to the original permit verification for this project have been modified to indicate that the revised permit drawings with the 06-April- 2020 date be substituted for the original plans. I have attached the new Special Conditions to this correspondence for you to make that substitution. Please also include this correspondence in your file for this project as verification of the changes indicated above. If you have any question please feel free to contact me.
