Gilbert Loop Road Development 273-C Blue Pond Road Clayton, NC 27520 DWQ Project # 04-0766, Ver. 2 Johnston County Subject Property: Timberlake Phase III Ut to Neuse River [030402, 27-(38.5), WSN, NSW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Gilbert: On January 10, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated January 6, 2007 to impact 0.023acres of 404/wetland, 1101inear feet of perennial, and 7,293 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer, and 3,712 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffer, to construct the proposed residential subdivision. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require five copies of the additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. ° Additional Information Requested: 1. Please provide a signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance agreement for the level spreaders. 2. Please provide an inventory of proposed project imperviousness area based on the estimated built-out conditions. Please include all proposed building footprints, roads, driveways, sidewalks, gravel-surfaced areas, amenity areas, etc. 3. Please re-submit your application on the attached March 2005 version of the Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) application. 4. Please show building envelopes on the plans. 5. Please explain the lot configurations for lots 31 and 32. 6. Please contact me in writing and Mike Horan of the DWQ Raleigh Regional Office. If we do not hear from you within three weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
