In accordance with a written request received April 2, 2020 from Lee Pennington, we are
forwarding herewith a corrected Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0004270 issued October 21, 2019.
The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. The 5,000 gallon per day (GPD) Monthly Average limit for Flow, in conduit or thru treatment
plant (PCS Code 50050) has been restored.
Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0004270 issued October 21, 2019 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
