All improvements above and below ground will be removed for future redevelopment. An Eckerd will be constructed on the eastern most portion of the property adjacent to US 158 (Croatan Hwy). PROJECT DESCRIPTION The applicant's are proposing to demolish all above ground and below ground` structures, including all utilities,- on the four tracts that comprise the prcject-;.site. ::;Based. on the information submitted, determining the `exact area of fill is not possible at this time. However, in accordance with the application -fill activities will occur on Tract C or D within the fresh, Pond AEC.'
