Attached is the verification letter and Mitigation Transfer form to utilize the Nationwide
Permit (NWP) #3 for the replacement of the bridge BR-0118 over Jack Swamp in Northampton
County. Also included is a link to download the NWP #3 for you to provide to your contractors
so they can be familiar with the terms and conditions of that permit. If you have any questions
