Amazon.com Services LLC RDU5_RST located at 2119 NE Creek Parkway, Durham, NC 27713.

We understand the submission can be made through email to you, but we can also send a paper copy if necessary. Shall
we also provide a paper copy submission?

We understand approval must be provided by DEMLR prior to the site being covered by the NEC. Would you be able to
estimate the expected approval timeline for these proposed temporary activities. As these are temporary (expected only
a few months), and are being put in place to help support the much needed fulfilment network, we are certainly
available to answer any questions or provide additional information to help expedite the process. Of course, we
