Question 1: We apologize for the billing situation. I am currently getting authority to update billing tasks in our database, I anticipate this to occur in the next few days, once given I will apply the payments to the 2019 and 2020 invoices. Which will bring the fees current. Question 2: 1 don't see the online form to update the contact information, I also did not find an email to me requesting the updates. Below are hyperlinks to the online forms, please complete the Owner Designation/Affiliation form if the designated person is new. If you haven't already run a contacts report, please do so, and email me any corrections to be made. Please be sure to indicate who to remove, otherwise only new people are added and people no longer there are not removed, because we will not remove anyone unless specifically instructed to. Question 3: please complete the Name/Ownership change form, this is the most efficient way to get the change completed. Question 4: Once I have completed all of the above updates, I will have to manually generate a new COC. I hope this email finds you well. I received our invoice today for our annual stormwater permit fee and have a few questions. We had some folks leaving the company recently and wanted to be sure we were up to date before their departure. I paid an annual fee for Stormwater on March 3rd 2020. It looks as if that payment went to the 2019 invoice? Attached are payment confirmation for both 2019 and 2020. Can this payment from March 3, 2020 get applied to the invoice that was sent out today? Invoice 2020PR002694. Question 2: The contact to our facility is incorrect. We've tried to update it multiple times with no success. I see in 2017 (historical documents) and in March 2020 (Via online portal) . What advice can you provide to get this completed? I ended up getting more confused. Question 3: 1 was able to search historical documents on the NCDNER site and found back in 2017 where my manager submitted a name change and owner change. It doesn't look like our current invoice reflects any of that. Question 4: COC — Can we request a new COC from the 2018-2023 time period. I can't seem to find one on file, or have a hardcopy. Prior to my direct managers departure she seemed to think the COC just continues and a new one is not issued. From research I seem to believe otherwise. I cannot find documentation of a renewal packet submitted. However I've found the 2018, 2019 and 2020 payments and we are up to date on our semi-annual internal audits. I understand there are numerous question here. Going forward I would like to rest assured that we are compliant. If there is any light you can shed I would greatly appreciate it.
