I understand there is a call April 2, 2020, amongst the resource agencies to discuss the project. As we discussed at the
site visit on Wednesday, due to the state and federal species of concern in the subject project stream reaches, the
Division will place the project on hold until comments are received from the North Carolina Wildlife Resources
Commission to ensure compliance with 15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(1) and (2).
