I can confirm that these conditions don't really make sense for this project/approval. I'm guessing Amy was swamped last week, used a previous approval to start with, and forgot to fix/delete them (it's something I do all the time unfortunately). If you don't want to bother her at home so soon after the baby, I will vouch for removal of these conditions. Call me if you need more details. I just heard from Amy Chapman that you'll be handling the 401 Certification and assume that it will therefore be two separate approvals (Variance & 401). I realize that you have had limited involvement with this project other than the meeting that you, Amy, Cyndi and I had back in October, but assume that Amy and/or Sue have gotten you caught up to speed. I've got to think that all issues have been addressed at this point, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you need anything. I've met with Andy after the variance was approved and went through the details of the application with him. He doesn't anticipate any issues with the 404 and plans to get it out as soon as he clears his desk of the applications received last month to beat the intermittent stream mitigation rule. The applicant would very much like to include the variance, 401 & 404 within their end of year report required to be submitted to the Division of Waste Management. This will help get DWM final approval and release them to proceed with the clean up work at the land fill. So, I'm at your service if there is anything that you need. Thanks!
