A site visit was not performed as part of this review. The data presented in the AR indicates no VOCs are present in the sludge. The Lab data also indicates the Metals and TCLP values are within the limits of the permit. Fecal Reduction appears to be within permit limits. However, SAR and PAN values were able to be verified. The increased production of the local industry caused a higher generation of sludge to be produced. No sludge disposal records have been presented in the AR for final disposal of the sludge that was not able to be land applied. A total of 40,000 gallons of sludge was disposed of in a Landfill in Charlotte.
