The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) has received and reviewed the 2019 Annual Report for the Land
Application of Residual Sludge for the above stated permit. All required documents have been received
by the MRO.
The Annual Review Appears to meet the requirements of the permit. However, future Annual Reports
should include:
• The completed formulas for Sodium Absorption Ration (SAR) and Plant Available Nitrogen (PAN).
• Documentation of the disposition of the residual sludge that was not able to be land applied to
the permitted field. This includes waste manifests of the sludge that was sent to the landfill.
A PDF of the requirements of the Annual Report have been attached for your reference.
