Here are answers to your questions/requested modifications. Item IV.1, there was an extra "0" in the permit number (it should be NC0088846). Corrected, removed the extra 0. 2. Item V.1 - Does this project flow directly to the WWWRF through Apex's system, or does it enter Cary's CS? Flow will enter Apex's collection system to the WWWRF. 3. Item V.1 - Can the permit number of the sewer extension directly downstream of this proposed project be determined (WQOOXXXXX)? The flow will discharge into the West Village South collection system. This collection system was permitted by the Town of Apex, permit number WWS-19-0407. 4. Item V1.6 - "Yes" was checked for having a flow reduction approved. The flow reduction letter was not included with the application as required. However, it is unnecessary since this application is not utilizing a flow reduction for the park. Corrected, the box is unchecked. 5. Item Either V111.3 & 4 appears to be inaccurate (.00011 MGD for firm capacity; 110 GPM for Operational Point). Please review this and revise accordingly. The flow for VI11.3 should be 0.1170 MGD, the average daily flow from VI1.7 was multiplied by a peaking factor of 4 and divided by 1,000,000.
