Please see the attached correspondence for the record. There should be no further action needed for that old permit. Be sure to check our No Exposure website for information on the annual self -recertification requirements. Many employees are working remotely or are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging time. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Hi Bethany, I am working for Mannington Wood Floors to help wind down their operations conducted at 1327 Lincoln Drive in High Point, North Carolina. If there is one, I need the COC # to file rescission paperwork for the existing stormwater permit. If there is no stormwater general permit, please confirm. I have a texted copy of a note from Glen White sent to me by the facility that looks like they may be operating under a no - exposure certification. They also have a copy of General Permit 210000, so I need a clarification. The texted copy of the e-mail from Glen White to Gary Pearce was dated May 30, 2017. 1 can be reached at (336) 880-7216 if there are any questions. Best Regards, Bruce Braswell
