That parcel ownership date comes after the billing stopped and the correspondence I found in the file. Based on this, I will inactivate the current NCG190053 COC because of no response from the original permittee. The new operator will need to be notified about the requirement and apply for a new COC. WaRO can take the lead on that as you are able to get to it. An ownership transfer after this much time would not be very straightforward. Thanks so much for your help with this, Thom! The Chowan parcel owner is Niper LLC since 2007. There's a hand painted sign on the door noting Edenton Yacht Service (252) 370-3429, but I have not been able to make contact.
