Other Violations/Staff Remarks: Facility sampling on 2/6/2020 heavy winds, rain, and tornado warning suspended all
outdoor activities at Buck CC. Operation of the WWTP was shut down and discharge stopped for the week. Facility
reported 3.75 inches of rain during event. Contract Lab (Pace) left site due to bad weather weekly samples not
collected. ORC reported missed sampling event due to adverse weather.
