The applicant is requesting additional time to respond comments 2 and 4 from NC DWR add-info letter dated February
17, 2020. We are waiting on final resolution of the cultural resources review with the ECBI which has been under
review for 60 days from today. We will gather the other additional information requested and respond to comment 4
by April 30, 2002. Pease do not hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions or concerns.
