Subject: FW: DRAFT permit renewal for NCO022730 - now being finalized
Mike â this is a weird situation, and it makes this permit confusing.
The Grassy Gap Creek WWTP couldn't meet limits when they discharged to Grassy Gap Creek, so they relocated the
discharge to Buckeye Creek in 2004. That's why the facility discharges from outfall 002.
The correct receiving stream is for the Grassy Gap Creek WWTP is Buckeye Creek â and that's how it will appear in the
final permit.

Thanks, Mike.
I didn't have an electronic copy of the last permit, so I adapted the Buckeye Creek permit for Grassy Gap Creek.
I'll fix those errors before it goes to Notice.

Charles â Noticed the following typos on the draft permit for Beech Mtn/Grassy Gap WWTP.
1) The topo map lists the outfall as 4002 but the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements page says the
outfall is #001.
2) The cover page of the permit lists Buckeye Creek as the receiving stream. The supplement page lists Grassy Gap
Creek as the receiving stream.
