WITNESSETH, The Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid, given and/or delivered by
the Grantee or on behalf of the Grantee, to the Grantor or for the benefit of the Grantor, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by both parties, has and by these presents does

grant, bazgain, sell, and convey unto the Grantee, in fee simple, the following described lot, tract
or parcel of land situate in the City/ Town of Louisburg, Township of Louisburg, County of Franklin,
State of North Carolina; to wit:
That certain tract or pazcel of land containing 4.895 acres as shown on map of Charles M. Davis, Jr.,
Professional Land Surveyor, dated 5/4/12, said map being recorded in Map Book 2012, Page 75 of
the Franklin County Registry.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot, tract orpazcel ofland and all privileges
and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple; that the Grantor covenants with
the Grantee that the Grantor has done nothing to impair the title to said lands and that the Grantor
will warrant and defend the title against all lawful claims of all persons claiming by, under or
through the Grantor for any acts or omissions of the Grantor which would impair marketable title
to said property.
