We are proposing to serve 24 Three Bedroom Residential units. The project will generate 8,64o GPD of watewater (36o gpd/unit * 24 units), which was allocated as part of Permit # WQ00303ioMOD. This flow will be routed to a proposed MH on an existing 12" main by means of 8" gravity mains with residential services proposed for this site. The Existing 12" Main is located within a Public Utility Easement which crosses the site near the southeastern property boundary. The proposed sewer mains will be located within a proposed 40' Private Right of Way. We are proposing to tie to this existing main where the receiving downstream sewer size is a 12" line. The flow will ultimately reach the James A. Loughlin (NSWWTP) treatment plant WWTF Permit No. NCoo23965- Stormwater runoff from this site is discharged to Howe Creek, classification SA;ORW 18-87-23.
