Please use the Department's Permit Application Tracker to determine the official application receipt date to allow you to estimate a date for issuance and find the reviewer's name. Once issued, the record stays on the site for 30 days. For previously issued sewer permit info or to check on sewer certification receipt status, please use the Division's Sewer Extension Permit Tracker. Using the Issue Date on top of the Engineer Certification Form is best way to ensure getting what you want especially for multi -version permits; using today's date only gives info on the latest permit version. Pfeifer Subject: (External] RE: West Columbus PK-8 sewer app Attachments: C1.01 STAKING.pdf; C2.01 DEMO.pdf; C5.01 UTILITY.pdf Dean, Thanks for following up on our sewer application. See my responses in red: Is this a new or replacement school being built where the current Cerro Gordo Elementary school is located? I so, then I am assuming that flow was allocated for the current school and its connected since the existing PS is adjacent to it. If I am correct, then the downstream permit would be WQ0033081 (attached); per the application 5,500 gpd was allocated for each school. Thus, we would only need new flow allocation for the difference/increase. See the staking and demo plans for reference. This site will demolish multiple existing school buildings, keeping two existing buildings. We're proposing one main building and an additional building addition that both will connect to a remaining school building. I can provide you a revised application showing the difference in flow allocation if this is what you are after. For the Flow Tracking form, I need a current execution of the form and we actually need one from Fairmont for the WWTP and another from Boardman for the 2 downstream pump stations included in the attached permit. Also, need to make sure you use the current version (FTSE 10-18). 1 will get these re -filled out using the latest forms. 3. Is the line listed in the app all new? Is there any existing line that will be reused? If any existing will remain then I need that size & length summary. Yes, the only sewer listed is new sewer line. This sewer taps onto and existing manhole which eventually feeds to an existing pump station right outside our property boundary. We have one sewer service that is tapping onto a manhole along Andrew Jackson highway. The remaining sewer are all services that feed into the main that was listed on fast track app. If you need any additional sewer lines listed, please let me know. Let me know your thoughts and what additional information you may need to complete this application package. Thanks! Hannah Banks, El Civil Designer CLH design, p.a.
