finalized on December 27, 2019. Attached is the amended cover page, with the corrected

DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES
PERMIT
TO DISCHARGE STORMWATER UNDER THE
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other
lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina
Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as
amended,
Elementis Chromium, Inc
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a facility located at:
Castle Hayne Plant
5408 Holly Shelter Road
Castle Hayne, NC
New Hanover County
to receiving waters designated as the Northeast Cape Fear River, a class B; Sw water body,
in the Cape Fear River Basin, in accordance with the discharge limitations, monitoring
requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III, and IV hereof.
This permit shall become effective January 1, 2020.
This permit and the authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight on December 31,
2024.
