This letter shall serve as the initial reporting period for the recently activated Nags Head Acres
groundwater dewatering well system. Per the conditions of Permit No. WV0700153, monthly
groundwater samples are required to be collected from the header pipe of the well system during
operation of the wells on a monthly basis. Groundwater samples will be analyzed for Fecal Coliform,
chlorides, and nutrients (Total Nitrogen, Ammonia, Nitrate, Total Phosphorus). The volume of water
pumped from the well system shall be monitored and tracked with flows reported on a monthly
basis.
Enclosed for your records, are the results from the initial reporting period for Permit No. WV0700153
for the Nags Head Acres Dewatering Well project. Enclosed is a spreadsheet of the groundwater
sample data for Ammonia Nitrogen, Chlorides, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus, and Fecal Coliform
in addition to the total recorded flows for the months of January — February 2020. The initial start-up
period consists of (2) separate sampling events, (1) for January 2020, (1) for February 2020. We
