Describe the attachments:
Additional minimization has occurred in the design. Mechanized land clearing associated with the temporary
detour has been changed to hand clearing. These changes have been made on the Summary Sheet and
drawings in the attachments. Permanent impacts to wetlands have been reduced by 0.052 acre from 0.165
acre to 0.113 acre. The 0.052 acre is now hand clearing. Additionally, there will now be <0.01 ac of temporary
fill in hand clearing areas for erosion control measures.
The DMS Acceptance Letter will be forwarded as soon as it is available. DMS is having difficulty issuing the
letter via teleworking.
