Enclosed for your records, are the January 2020 groundwater sample results as required per Permit
No. WV0700153 for the Nags Head Acres well project. In addition, please find an excel spreadsheet
of the groundwater sample data for Ammonia Nitrogen, Chlorides, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus,
and Fecal Coliform in addition to the total recorded flows for the initial start-up period. The initial
start-up period consists of (2) separate sampling events, (1) for November 2019, (1) for December
2019.
